Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground mustard
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. If any lumps are formed by the brown sugar use a fork or whisk to break them down.
  • Sprinkle liberally and evenly on pork chops, and use your hands to rub it in.
  • Store any remaining seasoning in an air tight container for up to 6 months. Store container in a cool dry cupboard.
