Honey-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 5-6 large carrots washed, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • Parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 400°F/200°C.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Once combined, add in the carrots. Combine so carrots are coated in honey-olive oil mix.
  • Line a baking tray with kitchen foil. Spread the carrot pieces out evenly across the foil.
  • Put the tray in the oven and cook the carrots for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the oven, sprinkle on chopped parsley as garnish. Serve and enjoy.
