- 3 bell peppers any color
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves finely chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F (190-205°C). Set the grill basket on the grill to warm up.
Wash and remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers, then cut them into 8-equal sized pieces
Peel and cut the onion into 8-equal sized pieces
Place sliced peppers and onions in a large bowl and add oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
When the grill is hot, add the peppers and onion to the grill basket and cook until they are slightly blackened and tender. Turn every few minutes until they are fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
Serve with chopped fresh basil. Enjoy!
