Pork Chop Marinade

Marinade
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp liquid smoke
- ¼ cup honey
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Whisk until combined.
Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, and then seal the bag (if you don’t have a ziplock bag, you can use a bowl covered in plastic wrap)
Shake the bag to ensure that the pork chops are thoroughly coated
Place the covered pork chops in the refrigerator and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight
When ready to cook, fire up your grill to 400°F (205°C)
Remove pork chops from the refrigerator and discard excess marinade. Leave the pork chops to sit at room temperature while your grill warms up.
Cook for 5-8 minutes per side, until the meat hits an internal temperature of 145°F (62°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (70°C) for medium and no pink in the middle. Use a digital meat thermometer for an accurate reading.
Remove from heat and rest for 10 minutes before serving
