Since the very first screening of A New Hope back in 1977, the Star Wars film series has spawned countless items of themed merchandise.

From glow-up lightsabers to Darth Vader beer mugs, there have been items of all types to suit every type of budding Jedi.

We think we may have just found the very best though, with these Star Wars themed grills.

The wings of this grill double up as side shelves to hold your tools, utensils and cooked meat.

With a 220-square inch main grilling area, it’s big enough for most grilling that you do on the go. It can accommodate big pieces of meat, or enough food to feed a small group of you.

TIE Fighter Portable Gas Grill temperature grill

It has an analog thermometer as a nice bonus to help you accurately monitor the temperature of your grill area and also the internal temperature of your meat. This thermometer is brilliantly designed to mimic the appearance of the classic TIE Fighter from the film franchise.

But that’s not the best thing about it. This grill even imprints the Star Wars logo onto your meat. A big deal for any Star Wars fan.

Star Wars TIE Fighter Fire Pit

Carrying on with the TIE fighter theme, we have this ingenious fire pit.

While the TIE Fighter might be best known for helping the evil Galactic Empire, this fire pit will help serve the centrepiece of your family’s summer outdoor parties.

Sadly these aren’t available anymore, but I wanted to include them on this list because… I mean, just look at them.

This fantastic grill takes the form of the iconic villain’s helmet and comes courtesy of Burned by Design.

Sure, he’s the once heralded Jedi knight who was supposed to bring balance to the force only to be corrupted by the evil Lord Palpatine… but he also makes a tasty burger.

While predominantly a wood burner or fire pit, it quite easily doubles up as a solid charcoal grill by just putting in its grill and charcoal inserts. This makes it much more than just a gimmick, and an actual solid bit of BBQ kit.

Burned by Design are based in Barnsley, United Kingdom.

R2-D2 BBQ Drum Smoker Grill

This completely unique one-of-a-kind drum smoker comes from Philip Wise, who’s behind Star Wars fan sites like TheForce.net and Rebelscum.com.

It’s built around a 55-gallon steel drum to form its smoker chamber, and provides a ridiculous amount of space to cook with. Whether it be ribs, brisket or veggies, there’s enough space to work with for any kind of meat.

It has a multi-level design, proving that this is much more than just a gimmick. This means that you can cook different foods all at once across its different levels, helping you make the most of the space it gives you.

R2-D2 Charcoal Grill

If the smoker drum isn’t your thing, then look no further than this R2-D2 charcoal grill.

Built from two propane tanks totem-poled on top of eachother, the shells of the tanks are used to form a pretty efficient charcoal grill.

It’s built upon three 16 gauge steel plated legs to form a very firm and sturdy base.

Its main grilling chamber has two dampers, just like you’d see on a proper charcoal grill or smoker. This shows that the manufacturers know exactly what they’re doing. This helps regulate airflow through the chamber, helping to maintain good consistent temperatures.

It’s all topped off with a sleek looking black paint job. While not the iconic white and blue look from the films, this cool looking black color would look great in any back yard.
