You’ll never cook bacon the same way again

Behold, your new bacon grilling technique.

This folded foil method is so beautifully simple that I can’t believe I haven’t seen it before. Its benefits are brilliant: It makes cleanup easy as all of the excess fat and grease drips down into the folds of the foil; and it elevates the bacon above the grease so that it doesn’t soak in it.

Added bonus: Separating it from the grease probably makes it healthier… But with bacon, I’m not going to pretend I care about that!

  1. I use a flat rack that fits my half-sheet pan. Like the one they use to cool the bacon near the end of the video. I’m not losing a sheet of foil every time I cook bacon then.
